This series consists of appropriations supported by the Office of Representative Luis V. Gutiérrez. Appropriations included: HIV/AIDS programs, Diabetes Control Programs, Ovarian Cancer Research Program (OCRP), DNA Analysis Backlog Elimination Act (DABEA), Shared Integrated Management Information System (SIMIS), National Museum of Immigration history in El Paso Texas, Minority AIDS Initiative, epilepsy research and programs, restoration of the two domes in the National Historic Landmark Chicago Cultural Center, Department of Agriculture's Cooperative State Research, Education and Extension Service, Community Development Financial Institution, Farm Worker New Technology Training Program, Outreach and Assistance Program for Socially Disadvantaged Farmers and Ranchers, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, Recreation Program for People with Disabilities, United States Army Medical Research and Materiel Command's Neurotoxin Exposure Treatment Program (NETRP), Corner School Development Program, funding for dislocated workers, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (NBCCEDP), International Development Association (IDA), linguistic services at Community Health Centers nationwide, Manufacturing Extension Partnership Program, and National Spina Bifida Program at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
