This series consists of appropriations supported by the Office of Representative Luis V. Gutiérrez. Appropriations included: Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago (MWRD), Columbia College Chicago to establish an Advanced Production Center, TRIO Programs, the School Breakfast and Lunch Programs, WIC, the Summer Food Service Program, the Child and Adult Care Food Program, National Council of La Raza's (NCLR) Hope Fund, blood-related cancer research, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's immunization program, Children's Advocacy Center Program, The Torture Victims Relief Act (Public Law 105-320), Trauma Care Systems Planning and Development Act, Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC), Reach Out and Read (ROR), Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), State Energy Program (SEP), and Industrial Technologies Program, Energy Information Administration.
