This series consists of appropriations supported by the Office of Representative Luis V. Gutiérrez. Appropriations included: North American Wetlands Conservation Act, water reclamation project in Illinois, Shared Integrated Management Information System (SIMIS), the Consolidated Health Centers program, Science and Technology Research Laboratories project at Loyola University, the Housing Certificate Fund, Columbia College Chicago for the development of an integrated student services and activities center, Children's Advocacy Center Program, HIV/AIDS prevention and education, U.S. Geological Survey Mapping Project, Collaborative Museum and Cultural Center in Peoria, Riverfront Development in Beardstown, Canal Corridor Origins Park, Shawnee National Forest, Genessee Theater in Waukegan, Wisdom Bridges Theatre, Voltaire Theatre, Cambodian Association of Illinois' Campaign for Hope and Renewal, DePaul University's Urban Forestry Program, local infrastructure and community improvement projects in Illinois, Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library, Abandoned Mined Lands Trust Fund, Land Conservation. Preservation and Infrastructure Improvement Program, Joint USDA-Illinois DNR Invasive Species Program, Chicago Wilderness Grants, Asian Longhorn Beetle Replacement of Infested Trees, Environmental Research and Outreach Program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), Hinsdale Theater, Mantu Dance Theatre, Argonne National Laboratory, Workforce Investment Act (WIA), DePaul University School of Music, and Trade Adjustment Assistance.
