Abstract

The purpose of this document is to identify the strategies of reduce the costs inside the Ecuadorian manufacturer companies, reducing the risk of loss potential consumers. This research answers the following questions: How is benefit the company with cooperation with other business to increase the incomes in both groups? How we can position new products in the perception of costumers adapting quality to the new stock? How to invest in new lines of products with the saves that the company generate, increasing add value to the products? Finally, how being the leader company affect the market in the country, without being a monopoly? All this research is based in the growth of one company in collaboration with others, persuading costumers to believe that the company is bigger with the purpose to generate profits.
