Abstract

As a child, I grew up as a dreamer, imagining my friends only as my toys. Sketching ideas that could turn into reality became my passion. I’m the creator of Jack and Emma's Playtime adventures. Jack and Emma are a dynamic duo, siblings born to a family of acrobats, inheriting both the grace and fearlessness of their lineage. Together, Jack and Emma form an unbeatable team, their sibling bond is as strong as their safety net. Whether soaring through the air with the greatest of ease or dazzling audiences with their mesmerizing feats of agility, they embody the essence of their circus heritage—fearless, resilient, and endlessly inspiring. The process of creating Jack and Emma is a meticulous journey, complex designed to inspire and empower young minds. Beginning with a simple sketch, this project unfolds as a platform for children to embark on their own creative journey. By sharing my artistic journey, I aim to ignite a spark of inspiration in the young hearts, encouraging them to explore their imagination and express themselves freely. This exhibition explores the step-by-step process of crafting Jack and Emma, offering insights into how children can be engaged and inspired through hands-on activities. I'm creating a blank canvas to invite children to explore in Jack and Emma's Playtime Adventures, which will serve as a platform for self-expression and creativity in my creation process. Participants are encouraged to explore their artistic potential through the use of clay, paint, sharpie, or other materials. The purpose of this symposium is to demonstrate the transformational power of art in nurturing creativity and self-expression among children. By creating Jack and Emma collectible figures, my goal is to empower the next generation of artists to embrace their imagination, explore new paths, and leave their mark on the world.
