Abstract
I shoot portrait photography. I love to capture the identity and personality of my subjects in my photos. I like to enhance each image using digital manipulation such as photoshop to add the elements of identity and fantasy into my work. Photography has always been my number one attraction and became my primary concentration after the pandemic of 2020. My camera was an escape from the harsh realities happening around the world. It led me to the idea of writing a children’s book where the story of pandemic is told in a world of fantasy. My daughter plays a big role in my book because she is the central focus of my story. During the 2020 lockdown, many experienced some type of hardship, and this book can relate to everyone who has struggled during the pandemic. I want viewers to take away the victory of defeating the monster of covid19. The story will portray the emotions of being helpless and hopeless, but it proves that although patience is bitter, its fruit is sweet.
